A Cleaning Price Sheet So Every Call Gets the Same Price, Not Whoever Picked Up

Updated by BYOND Enterprises

Cleaning Price Sheet Template (Free) cover

A cleaning company usually has more than one person answering the phone or standing on a doorstep, and every one of them gets asked “how much to clean this place?” Without a shared reference, each person answers from memory, and memory drifts. One estimator quotes a three-bedroom house at $140, another quotes the same size house at $120 the following week, and now two neighbors are comparing notes on Facebook.

This is a polished, client-facing one-pager built to be the single source everyone quotes from: an editable HTML file you fill in with your real service list and prices, plus a matching print-ready PDF for handing over in person, attaching to a text, or leaving after a walkthrough. It has room for both one-time jobs and recurring-visit pricing on the same sheet, since most cleaning businesses sell both.

It doesn’t replace a walkthrough for a job with unusual scope (heavy buildup, a hoarding situation, a huge square footage). It’s the reference for the normal-sized job that makes up most of your call volume, so that job gets a consistent number every time.

Questions

Does this cover recurring cleaning plans, or just one-time jobs?

It's built as one page you fill in with your own service list, so it works for whichever mix you run: one-time deep cleans, weekly or biweekly recurring visits, or move-in/move-out jobs. Add the rows you actually sell and delete the ones you don't.

Is this editable, or a fixed PDF only?

Both: the HTML file is editable (open it, swap in your real services and prices), and the PDF is what you hand over or attach once your numbers are set.

Can more than one person on my team use this to quote?

That's the point of it. Print or share the same sheet with everyone who answers the phone or knocks on doors, and the number they give matches the number your other estimator gave last week.

Your first win

Fill in your real per-visit and recurring prices once, then read from the same sheet the next three times someone asks what a cleaning costs, instead of three slightly different verbal numbers.
